I received a notification that the USAA has accounts open with people who may be using my USAjobs account and [ARE DEFINITELY USING] this email address at protonmail. Have you sent me any notification of identity theft? Are you employing anyone using this email address on a different partition? This is your final direct legal notification of Fraud and your responsibility regarding such.

I responded to an email from you August 10th where I checked the status of a couple of applications you submitted for USGS positions and provided you with the points of contact for each of those vacancies.  One of our HR Assistants forwarded an email to me that you sent to her Friday afternoon because she's unsure how to respond.  

Do you have a specific question that you need answered?  As I said in my previous email to you, we purposely do not require that applicants provide their social security number so as to protect their Personally Identifiable Information (PII).  

Please email me directly with any additional general questions that you may have.

I appreciate the opportunity to apply to the positions you have open. I received a notification that the USAA has accounts open with people who may be using my USAjobs account and this email address at protonmail. I suspect my identity thief is perhaps also using my social security number, resume and credentials (eligible or not) to obtain work with the federal government, and because of my close relationship with high level Pentagon authorities, I am concerned they are misrespresenting themselves with my information. I would like notification of their fraud, if possible. ***Regardless of my work status, I would like to offer help to the USGS to assess Lake Superior regarding the rapid, volatile changes in the lake. I have very important, equally volatile information about what led up to the sudden changes that I have not covered on my blog, and that it is inexcusable not to consider. I have been documenting these changes since January, 2014, and I have lived and watched the lake for many years. Part of my documentation is visible at www.lakesuperiorriftchange.blogspot.com. Please advise how I could proceed, and please be aware of the impersonators who may sidetrack and even attack your people. Thanks for any information and guidance you can provide me how to proceed.
